Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days after you place your order.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Production)

• United States: 5 – 12 business days

• International shipping is currently unavailable.

Split Shipments

Because items are printed and shipped from multiple facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, quantity, and product type.

Tracking Numbers

Once your order ships, Shopify automatically emails you a tracking number from Printful or the carrier. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than seven days after the expected delivery window, contact admin@thehistoryofmurder.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with Printful and the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your address before checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds are not issued for address errors.

Holiday Delays

During holidays and peak seasons, fulfillment and delivery times may be longer than normal. We appreciate your patience.
