How long will my order take?
All items in our shop are made to order. United States delivery usually takes five to twelve business days. Processing times may extend slightly during high volume seasons or holidays.
Why is everything made to order?
We work with trusted partners who create each item once it is purchased. This avoids waste and allows us to offer a wider range of designs connected to the stories we tell.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size or preference. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect email admin@thehistoryofmurder.com and we will make it right.
My item arrived damaged?
Email us within seven days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can make changes only if your order has not entered production. Contact us right away. Once production begins changes cannot be made.
What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel is available from size XS to size 5XL. Size charts appear on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available here and delivered instantly by email.
How do I track my order?
A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.
